RECIPE

Glass: Coupe
Limoncello: 4 cl
Sake Honjozo: 2 cl
Organic Mango: 2 cl
Basil Syrup: 1 cl
Lychee: 1 cl
Wasabi Aria Lemon Juice with limoncello

SHAKE, FINE STRAIN & LAYER

Put all the ingredients in the shaker, shake to achieve a good emulsion, shake a second time with the addition of ice and pour applying a further filtering with the sieve into the coupe. Serve with limoncello air.
