Syrene Piemme

The citrus fruits of the Sorrento Peninsula in an explosion of flavors, for a cocktail with refreshing and spring tones.

                           

RECIPE:
Glass: Ballon
Prosecco: 6 cl
Orange juice: 4 cl
Citrus: 2 cl
Orange bitter: 1 dash

BUILD IN ORDER TECHNIQUE
The cocktail is composed by adding the ingredients in the order presented. It starts with a prosecco base to which orange juice is added followed by limoncello and orange bitter. The prosecco base with its sparkling notes allows the natural drink to be mixed without damaging its effervescence.
