BABA' WITH LIMONCELLO IN PAVLOVA WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAMY

Ingredients for white chocolate mousse:
  • 200 g of white chocolate
  • 200 g of milk
  • 4 sheets of isinglass
  • 300 g of semi-whipped cream

Dig the inside of the meringue, fill with the white chocolate mousse and place the limoncello baba in the center. Decorate with tufts of cream and seasonal fruit.
